Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they contain important information about your rights and obligations. By using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which also govern all orders made via or in connection with the site. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions then you may not use this web site.

Introduction
This document outlines the rules, behaviours and liabilities of the user (The Customer) who buys any designed or printer material (The Product) using  www.blueprints.ie (The Website)

This web site is operated by Blueprints Express Limited, a company registered in the Republic of Ireland and having its place of business at Unit 3c Liosban business park, Tuam road, Galway. You may seek information about and order printing (the “Product”) on this web site.

Prices
The price of the Product is the price in force at the date and time of the order. The Company may change the prices of any Products and Services at any time without further notice.

The company may refuse to accept and perform the order if for any reason incorrect prices will appear in the website.

Ordering
The Customer must pay by credit, cheque or debit card at the time of order.

If the order is accepted, we Website will confirm acceptance by the email address provided upon Customer’s registration. The order will then be fulfilled by the date set out in the Confirmation

The Customers undertakes that all details provided to the Company is correct, that the credit card which is used belongs to the Customer and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the product involved.

Orders may be refused without explanation and entirely at the discretion of the Company

At all times full payment, including shipping fees are required for work to begin on your order.

At strict Company discretion agreement with Client may be formed, outlining the terms of credit payment. However the decision is strictly subjective and has no liability to any Customer whatsoever.

Proofs
Proofs of all work will be submitted for customer’s approval by email provided and/or by post.

The Customer is 100% responsible for the accuracy of the proofs. The Company will not accept any liability for errors or mistakes that have been approved by the Customer.

Delivery
All prints will be delivered to the delivery address supplied by the Customer during the registration process. The order will be accepted upon Blueprints Express Limited notifying you by e-mail that that the order has been accepted and has agreed to supply the design and /or printed material.

Time for delivery is an estimate only and it is not a condition of this agreement.

Quantity
Every endeavour will be made to deliver the correct quantity ordered but owing to the difficulty of producing exact quantities, estimates and/or orders are conditional upon a margin of five percent (5%) being allowed for over’s or shortages.

Returns
If Customer has any queries or complaints; he should direct them to the Company via e-mail at info@blueprints.ie or by post to Blueprints Express Limited, Unit 3c Liosban Retail park, Tuam road, Galway

The customer may return the Product that was purchased within 15 working days of delivery for a full refund on the condition that the fault was registered within 24 hours of receipt of job. Should the job contains manufacturing errors and/or defects and/or does not match the approved proof; Blueprints Express Limited would re-run the job at no charge.

The Company maintains the right to judge what a manufacturing error and defect is.

The Customer must arrange the returning of the Product to the Company and therefore pay it costs.  In order to receive replacement Customer must return no less that 95% of the received product within 15 days (on their own expense) from the time when the ordered product delivery was taken.

Security
The Company will use all reasonable endeavours to prevent any breaches of security including credit/debit card details provided by the Customer.

The Customer is solely responsible for the security and use of any user names and passwords needed to access the service or any part of it. Any use of Customer’s account with the password will be deemed to be made by the Customer and he/she will be responsible for all such use including all images uploaded, orders made and paid for them.

The site: www.blueprints.ie may contain links to other sites. Please be aware that the Company is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every Web site that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by this Web site.

Charges/Tax
The Company shall be entitled to charge the amount of any value added or similar tax at the rate prevailing at the date of delivery whether or not included in the quotation. Delivery and/or Packaging charges are listed separately.

Online Ordering
Please note that once a payment is authorised by you for an incorrect amount i.e. over payment, it is our policy not to return processing fees if a refund is issued. We sync up with several parties (financial institutions, card networks) to process charges, they have their own fees which we need to pay, therefore if we returned fees for refunds we would incur losses.

Quality
Please allow 5% difference of any printed material comparing with printed proof because of the different nature of digital and offset printing. The monitor proofs cannot be accurate because of the different nature of digital media and printed material.

Illegal Matter

The Company shall not be required to print any matter which in its opinion is or may be of illegal nature. The Company will not be required to give any reason for such rejection.

Force Majeure
Every Effort will be made to carry out the contract but its due performance is subject to cancellation by the Company as it may find necessary as a result of any act of God, War, Strike, Lockout or other Labour disputes, Fire, Flood, Drought, Legislation or other causes beyond the Company’s control.

Law
These Conditions and all other express terms of the contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Ireland.
